Kinolina is an online magazine and weblog dedicated to film and events coverage of independent film, video and new media and visual arts. I have published some of my earlier articles, archived here, for Reflex - the Northwest's Forum of Visual Art, in the early 1990s, and for Artdish.com. Other articles from the past five years have been published expressly for this site.

At Kinolina, we're breathing air into the embers to revive this site. More archived articles will appear here, and coverage of Vancouver International Film Festival -- now celebrating its 25th year this year -- on the pages of this site. Check the blog in October!
